a. Defective or Damaged Products: You may return a product if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

b. Change of Mind: For custom keyboards, which are highly personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preferences. We strongly encourage you to review your design choices carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Process:

a. To initiate a return or report a defective/damaged product, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.

b. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

c. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection or providing further assistance.

3. Inspection and Resolution:

a. For defective or damaged products, we will evaluate the issue upon receiving the returned item. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following options:

 - A replacement of the same product.   

 - A repair or replacement of the defective component.  

 - A full refund if a replacement or repair is not possible. 

b. In cases where a return is approved due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

4. Return Conditions:

a. The returned product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included promotional items.

b. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.

5. Refund Process:

a. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

b. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
